Requirements:

(You must not have any known thyroid diseases or be on medication that affects your metabolism.)

You must have a BMI of 25 (overweight) or higher at the start (the weight you register at the start).

You must send me your start email following the instructions in the Bootcamp so I can guide you on nutrition and training (This must be done within the first 7 days after starting).

You must check in via the app every week throughout the entire 12 weeks, on the same weekday as your start date (weight, body measurements, and progress pictures). Weigh yourself at the same time of day each week.

You must follow my Bootcamp training at least 2 times per week for all 12 weeks and log your workouts in the app. If you train the home portion of the Bootcamp, you must manually log it as "other type of training," select "fitness," and log 30 minutes.

Follow my nutrition guidelines as best as possible for all 12 weeks (if you have cheat days, nights out, etc., you cannot request a refund). A single glass of wine or an occasional meal outside of the plan is acceptable now and then, but understandably, I can’t guarantee any results if you don’t follow the nutrition plan as best as possible throughout the week.

You must complete all lessons in the Bootcamp throughout the 12 weeks (mark them as complete in the app).

You must actively participate and use the support network during the Bootcamp. If you do not seek my help via the support network (e.g., if your weight stalls for a week) or express at the end of the program that you needed help, you cannot request a refund.

You must send me a required feedback email after every 4th week (on the scheduled day). You must keep track of the dates yourself.

If you have not lost 11lbs or more after the 12 weeks and have met all of the above requirements, you can apply for a refund of your payment. I will also offer you free 1:1 coaching until you do!

If at any point during the 12 weeks your weight has shown a loss of 11lbs, you cannot apply for a refund.

I understandably do not offer refunds if you do not follow my instructions for all 12 weeks.

Refund requests must be sent to winthertraining@gmail.com and must be submitted within 48 hours after the program ends, after which I will review your data.
